Award-winning multi-media artist Hassan Hajjaj combines global recognition from the arts establishment with street kudos. New York’s Brooklyn Museum and the Victoria and Albert are just some the prestigious institutions holding his works but his heart remains on the streets where he took his first artistic steps. With a background in London’s 1980s subcultures, his penchant for DIY was first expressed in RAP, his street wear label sported by Caron Wheeler (Soul II Soul) and footballer Ian Wright.
