Dubbed by Vogue magazine as the “Picasso” of pastry and recently voted “the best patissier in the world” by the opinion leaders’ restaurant barometer Diner’s Club in NYC, Pierre Hermé came to London’s private members’ club Shoreditch House to be interviewed by Lida Hujić. He premièred his new book, a collaboration with photographer Sergio Coimbra.
